Notes from Around the Web

Nextbook profiles a group of publications that are new to me: ultra-Orthodox women's magazines.
The eJewish Philanthropy site reports on the Jewish Funders Network's new Crisis Loan Fund "to assist nonprofits harmed by the Madoff Ponzi scheme."
I succumbed to Mad Men madness a bit later than most, and I still haven't seen most of the first season's episodes, so I'm especially grateful for this snippet of Israel-related script, courtesy of Jeffrey Goldberg.
